Hypnosis to Release Resistance

This is a hypnosis recording to Release Resistance.

This script was written by me (induction was adapted from Grace Smith), and it was designed for artists who experience resistance, which leads to procrastination, insecurity, self-doubt. That is actually rooted in fear of failing.

It works by promoting relaxation, and bypassing the critical factor of the mind, where lies your subconscious - emotions, beliefs, habits, fears, memories, automatic bodily functions, etc, where it can create lasting transformations.

Listen to this recording in the morning before you start your work/drawing day.

Just close your eyes and allow the transformation to happen.

Please, do not listen to this recording while driving.
